About This Brand

DANFOSS at Z & F Corporation Ltd

DANFOSS

Danfoss is a Danish engineering group founded in 1933 in Nordborg, and this brand page is built almost entirely around one of its businesses: VLT and VACON variable frequency drives (Danfoss acquired Vacon in 2015 and has run both drive ranges since). Most of the ~280 lines here are AC drives — VLT FC-51 and FC-102 series units, VLT HVAC Drive models sized from under 1 kW up to 55 kW and beyond, and the older VLT 2800 series that Danfoss has discontinued but that still needs support in the field.

Because so much of this range is drives, spares and options rather than complete new units, expect to find:

  • AC drives — VLT/VACON inverters across a wide power range, 3-phase, 200-600 V input depending on model.
  • Drive options and accessories — IP21 conversion kits, Ethernet/EtherNet-IP and other fieldbus option modules (MCA 121 and similar), RFI filters, and mounting frames.
  • HVAC-specific drives — the VLT HVAC Drive line, tuned for fan and pump duty rather than general machine control.
  • Motors and hydraulic actuation components — a smaller number of permanent-magnet DC motors and hydraulic proportional valve actuators also carry the Danfoss name in this catalogue.

A good share of what's listed is marked discontinued by the manufacturer — that's normal for drives with a service life measured in decades, and it's exactly the stock a plant with an ageing VLT installation needs when the original unit fails and a straight replacement isn't available new. If you're not sure whether a part number is still current, send it through and we'll confirm what's available, current or legacy.

We are not Danfoss, and not an authorised Danfoss distributor — we source and supply genuine stock independently, with any brand-specific sourcing detail noted on the relevant product page. Orders ship worldwide, and industrial and HVAC maintenance teams across Europe, the Middle East and North America are regular buyers of this range alongside the UK.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are these new Danfoss drives or refurbished/used units?
We list a mix of current-production and manufacturer-discontinued stock; each product page notes condition, and we're happy to confirm before you order.

Can you supply a direct replacement for a VLT 2800 series drive Danfoss no longer makes?
Often, yes — that's exactly the kind of legacy drive stock this range is built around. Send us the model and part number and we'll confirm what we can source.

Do you carry the fieldbus and Ethernet option modules for VLT drives?
Yes, including MCA 121 and similar option cards alongside IP21 kits and RFI filters.

Actuators & Positioners

1 products

A valve is only as good as what turns it, and that's what this category covers: the pneumatic and electric actuators, and the positioners that control them precisely, rather than the valves themselves. Norgren supplies the largest share of stock — pneumatic rack-and-pinion and spring-return actuators across a wide pressure and torque range — alongside Flowserve and Rotork actuators and positioners, Johnson Controls electric actuators for building and process control, and smaller volumes from Sauter Regulation, Siemens, Fisher (Emerson), Danfoss and Schneider Electric. Spring-return actuators are the majority of stock: on loss of air or power, they drive the valve to a fail-safe position (usually closed) automatically, which is why they dominate safety-critical shutoff applications over double-acting actuators that need active pressure in both directions. Positioners sit downstream of the actuator, translating a 4-20 mA or pneumatic control signal into precise valve position rather than just open/closed — the difference between on-off isolation and modulating flow control. A meaningful share of stock is marked discontinued by the original manufacturer, with the supplier's own cross-reference to a current replacement part — worth checking that cross-reference carefully against your existing actuator's mounting and torque rating rather than assuming a straight swap. This category sits under our broader Valves & Controls range; for Rotork's wider actuator and controls portfolio, see the Rotork brand page . We are not Norgren, Flowserve, Rotork or any of the other brands named here, and not an authorised distributor for them — we source and supply genuine stock from our own inventory.

Automation

33 products

These are the components an operator actually touches — push buttons, selector switches, pilot lights and E-stops — plus the timer relays and control accessories behind the panel that make them do something. Z & F Corporation Ltd supplies genuine automation and panel control components for machine builders, panel shops and maintenance teams, sourced through manufacturer and authorised distributor channels with full documentation on request. 🔘 Push Buttons & Selector Switches — momentary and maintained, with 1–4 contact blocks depending on the control logic. 💡 Pilot Lights — LED indicators in standard colours, AC or DC, for panel and machine status. 🛑 Emergency Stop Buttons — twist-release and pull-release, normally-closed contacts for safety circuits. ⏱️ Timer & Control Relays — DIN rail mounted, for delay, interlock and sequencing logic. Most of these parts share the same 22 mm panel cutout, so fitting a replacement is usually straightforward — the details that actually matter are the contact configuration (how many NO/NC contacts, and whether it's momentary or maintained) and the ingress protection rating if the panel is exposed to washdown or outdoor conditions (IP66/IP67/IP69K are common for that duty). Pro tip — Emergency stop buttons should use normally-closed contacts with a positive break (direct opening) action, not normally-open — that way a broken wire or loose connector fails safe by stopping the machine, not by silently disabling the E-stop. These are the automation components we quote most often, and our sourcing network covers projects worldwide, including the Gulf and South Asia. Send us a part number or panel drawing and request a quote — we'll confirm fit, lead time and documentation.

Contactors & Starters

2 products

This category is Siemens in practice — 3RT and 3TH series contactors and 3RM motor starters make up the overwhelming majority of the 406 lines stocked here, with a handful of Lovato, Danfoss, and Schneider Electric contactors filling in around them. What You'll Find Contactors — the 3RT (compact, 3-pole) and 3TH (auxiliary, multi-pole) series, in AC and DC coil variants. Reversible motor starters — the 3RM series, combining forward/reverse switching in one unit. Soft starters — the 3RW series, for reduced-current motor starting without a variable frequency drive. Coil voltage is the detail most worth double-checking before ordering — Siemens contactors in this range span 24V DC through 230V AC coils, and a contactor that's otherwise identical in pole count and current rating simply won't pull in on the wrong coil voltage. Pole count, current rating, and auxiliary contact configuration (NO/NC) round out what we need to confirm an exact match. Replacing a Failed Contactor Fast If a contactor has failed and the nameplate is damaged or missing, the motor's full-load current and the panel's control voltage are usually enough for us to confirm a suitable replacement, even without the original series code. We are not Siemens, and not an authorised Siemens distributor — genuine stock only, sourced and supplied independently, with any brand-specific disclosure noted on the relevant product page. For switching and isolation devices outside this range, see Switches & Pushbuttons and Switchgear . Orders ship worldwide with export documentation as standard; industrial contractors across South Asia, the Gulf, and East Africa are regular customers alongside the UK.

Drives & Inverters

33 products

A variable frequency drive (VFD) controls a motor's speed by varying the frequency of the power sent to it, instead of running the motor flat-out and throttling the output mechanically. That's the short version. The longer version depends on what you're trying to do with it, which is where the brand and series actually matter. Variable frequency drives and inverters from a genuine spread of manufacturers sit in this category — Parker Hannifin and Danfoss make up most of the stock, with Hyundai Heavy Industries, Eaton, Schneider Electric and Johnson Controls filling in smaller, more specific ranges. Danfoss VLT/FC-series and Parker Hannifin AC drives cover general motor-speed control across pump, fan and conveyor applications; the Hyundai Heavy Industries and Eaton stock leans toward larger industrial installations. We are not Parker Hannifin, Danfoss, Hyundai Heavy Industries, Eaton, Schneider Electric and Johnson Controls, and not an authorised Parker Hannifin, Danfoss, Hyundai Heavy Industries, Eaton, Schneider Electric and Johnson Controls distributor — we source and supply genuine Parker Hannifin, Danfoss, Hyundai Heavy Industries, Eaton, Schneider Electric and Johnson Controls stock through the open market and established distribution channels, with datasheets and certificates of conformity available on request. Note there's a second, separately-catalogued Drives category elsewhere in our catalogue under a different parent hub — if you don't find the part you need here, it's worth checking there too, since the naming overlaps but the stock doesn't fully. This category sits under our broader Automation hub.

Electrical

15 products

Z & F Corporation Ltd supplies industrial electrical products worldwide — circuit protection, switching, contactors and enclosures for panel builders, MEP contractors and plant maintenance teams across the UK, the Gulf and South Asia. Every part we ship is genuine, sourced through established manufacturer and distributor channels, with datasheets and certificates of conformity available on request. Whether you're specifying a new distribution board, replacing an obsolete breaker on a shutdown deadline, or sourcing a full parts list for a panel build, our stock and supplier network covers the range below. Electrical Product Families Category Typical Use Browse Miniature Circuit Breakers (MCBs) Final circuit overcurrent protection, DIN rail mounted MCBs Molded Case Circuit Breakers (MCCBs) Higher-current distribution and main protection MCCBs Contactors Motor and load switching in control circuits Contactors Contactor Relays & Thermal Overload Relays Motor protection and auxiliary switching Contactor Relays / Thermal Overloads Isolator Switches & Switch Disconnectors Safe isolation points for maintenance Isolators / Switch Disconnectors RCCBs & RCBOs Earth leakage / residual current protection RCCBs / RCBOs Enclosures & Cabinets Panel housings, IP-rated for indoor/outdoor use Enclosures Busbars & Transformers Power distribution within panels and between phases Busbars / Transformers Where This Gets Used These parts move through panel-building and switchgear assembly, food and beverage plants, water treatment works, commercial and industrial building services, and manufacturing lines where a tripped breaker or failed contactor means downtime. We also handle obsolete and discontinued part numbers for sites still running older distribution boards that a manufacturer no longer lists. Sourcing Electrical Products Worldwide We hold and source genuine electrical protection and switching gear for panel builders, electrical contractors and industrial maintenance teams across the UK, the Gulf and South Asia, with same-week options on common MCB, contactor and isolator part numbers and sourced lead times on higher-current MCCBs, custom enclosures and legacy/obsolete parts. Brands we regularly supply from this range include ABB (drives, switchgear, motors) and Siemens (SIMATIC control gear and protection devices) — see those pages for brand-specific ranges. These are our most active regions, but we quote and ship worldwide — get in touch and we'll confirm lead time and pricing for your location. Need control panel or automation components instead of protection/switching gear? See our Electrical Controls range. Request a Quote Send us your part number, BOM or panel drawing and we'll come back with pricing, lead time and documentation. Request a quote or contact our team directly. Frequently Asked Questions Do you supply genuine, traceable electrical components? Yes — all electrical products we supply are genuine and sourced through manufacturer or authorised distributor channels, with certificates of conformity available on request. Can you match an obsolete or discontinued part number? Often, yes. We regularly source legacy MCBs, contactors and switchgear for older distribution boards where the original manufacturer has stopped listing the part — send us the part number or nameplate details and we'll check. What's the difference between this page and Electrical Controls? This page covers circuit protection, switching and distribution hardware (breakers, contactors, isolators, enclosures). Our Electrical Controls page covers control-panel and automation components. Do you deliver outside the UK? Yes, we ship worldwide, with the UK, Gulf and South Asia among our most active regions. How fast can you quote? Send your part number or BOM through our quote request form and we'll typically respond the same working day.

Electrical Controls

6 products

These are the field devices that trigger a control action rather than just report a reading — a level switch that starts a pump, a float switch that trips an alarm, a proximity or vibration switch that confirms a machine has actually stopped. Z & F Corporation Ltd supplies genuine control switches and field accessories for plant and process automation, sourced through manufacturer and authorised distributor channels with full documentation on request. How to Choose a Level or Process Switch The fluid or material decides the technology before anything else does. Float switches are the simplest and most reliable option for clean liquids in open tanks. Vibrating fork (tuning fork) switches keep working on viscous, sticky or foam-prone liquids where a float would jam or give a false reading. Capacitance switches handle a wider range of media, including some solids and slurries, but need the right probe material for the application. If the process is under pressure or in a hazardous area, that narrows the choice further before contact rating even comes into it. Once the technology is right, three details make or break the fit: the electrical output (a simple relay contact for a panel indicator lamp is very different from a signal a PLC or SCADA system can read), the housing and probe material (plastic is fine for benign liquids; stainless steel or PTFE-wetted parts are worth the extra cost for anything corrosive or high-purity), and the certification (ATEX/IECEx-rated variants exist for hazardous-area duty, and cost noticeably more than the standard equivalent — only specify it where the area classification actually requires it). Pro tip — Check the switching action (fail-safe on power loss) before ordering a replacement. A switch that's normally open when energised and one that's normally closed can look identical on a datasheet but behave in opposite ways if power to the loop is lost — worth confirming for anything tied to an alarm or shutdown. These are the switch types and applications we quote most often, but our sourcing network covers projects worldwide, including the Gulf and South Asia. Send us the application details or an existing part number and request a quote — we'll confirm fit, lead time and documentation.

Enclosures & Cabinets

14 products

IP rating, material, and internal dimensions — in roughly that order — is how an enclosure usually gets specified, well before anyone asks which brand made it. Z & F Corporation Ltd supplies genuine enclosures, wall boxes, and cabinet accessories across 695 lines from 21 manufacturers, led by Schneider Electric and Takachi Electric Industrial , for electrical, instrumentation, and control panel builds. Materials & Where They're Used Material Typical IP Rating Best For Mild steel, galvanised or painted IP55 – IP66 General indoor panel and distribution board enclosures GRP / fibreglass-reinforced polyester IP65 – IP66 Outdoor, corrosive, or coastal environments ABS thermoplastic IP40 – IP66 Compact instrument, sensor, and junction housings Stainless steel IP66 – IP69K Washdown, hygienic, or marine-exposed installations Schneider Electric's Thalassa and PanelSeT ranges (GRP and steel) and NSY steel enclosures make up the largest share of what we hold, alongside Takachi's ABS instrument housings and enclosure accessories from Endress+Hauser, Rotork, and Danfoss for their own equipment. If you're matching an existing enclosure, external dimensions and IP rating are usually enough to identify it or confirm a genuine equivalent, even across brands. Accessories, Not Just the Box Gland plates, mounting plates, locks, and internal fixing kits are usually available alongside the enclosure itself — tell us what's going inside and we'll confirm what needs to be ordered with it, rather than leaving you to source it separately afterwards. We are not affiliated with, or an authorised distributor of, any brand named on this page — genuine stock only, sourced and supplied by Z & F Corporation Ltd, with brand-specific disclosure noted on individual product and brand pages where required. Enclosures ship worldwide, with export documentation handled as standard; recent orders have gone to sites across the UAE, Nigeria, and Pakistan alongside our UK base. For the smaller hardware that goes inside a build rather than around it, see General Components .

Filtration

11 products

Filtration means three different things under one heading here: fuel and hydraulic filtration for engines and machinery, pneumatic filtration for compressed air systems, and electrical line filtration for suppressing noise on a power supply. All three are stocked, and which one you need depends entirely on what's actually running short of clean fluid, air, or signal. Z & F Corporation Ltd supplies 378 genuine filtration lines from 8 manufacturers. The Three Groups Fuel & hydraulic filters — spin-on and cartridge filters for engines, fuel systems, and hydraulic circuits, led by Donaldson. Pneumatic filters & filter-regulators — inline filtration for compressed air systems, led by Norgren and Parker Hannifin. Electrical line & harmonic filters — power line filters and harmonic filters for suppressing electrical noise, including on variable frequency drive installations. This category sits under the wider Pumps & Fluid Handling range — see also Industrial Pumps for the equipment this filtration protects. Cross-Reference Matching Many of our Donaldson fuel and hydraulic filters cross-reference directly against other aftermarket filter brands — AC Delco, Fleetguard, Fram, and Hastings among them. If you have a competitor's part number rather than a Donaldson one, send it through and we'll confirm the genuine Donaldson equivalent. We are not affiliated with, or an authorised distributor of, any brand named on this page — genuine stock only, sourced and supplied by Z & F Corporation Ltd, with brand-specific disclosure noted on individual product pages where required. Orders ship worldwide with export documentation as standard; fleet operators, plants, and maintenance stores across Africa, South Asia, and the Middle East are regular destinations for this range.

General Industrial Products

90 products

Not every maintenance or MRO requirement fits neatly into one of Z & F Corporation's ~150 industrial sub-categories — a mixed spares order, an unusual part, or a general "keep the line running" request often falls under General Industrial Products instead. It's the broader catch-all sitting alongside the more specific categories under our wider Industrial range, and in practice it's where most of our day-to-day maintenance and repair enquiries start. Stock here spans the same manufacturer base as the wider Industrial range — Parker Hannifin , Norgren , Armstrong International , Megger , Yokogawa , Siemens , Johnson Controls , Advantech , Honeywell , and around 140 more — genuine parts only, supplied with the documentation a maintenance or QA team needs on file. If you already know the specific part type you're after — a cutting disc, a connector, a piece of PPE — a dedicated sub-category under Industrial will usually be the faster route to browse. Use this category instead when you're working from a mixed spares list, a shutdown bill of materials, or a description of the part rather than a catalogue number. Not Sure What You Need? Send us a description of the application, a photo of the old part, or a shutdown parts list — however incomplete — and our team will identify the right product and manufacturer before we quote. We quote and ship worldwide, with export documentation handled as standard on every order, not costed separately. Request a Quote and we'll come back with pricing and lead time.

Industrial

90 products

"Industrial" at Z & F Corporation Ltd is the umbrella over everything that keeps a plant, a workshop, or a maintenance store running day to day — not one product line but roughly 150 sub-categories deep, spanning cutting and grinding consumables, tapes and bonding products, welding equipment, safety gear, and cable management. If a maintenance team or a procurement desk needs it on short notice and it isn't capital equipment, there's a good chance it sits somewhere in this range. What's In Here Rather than one narrow specification, this category groups stock by what it's used for on site: Cutting, grinding & abrasives — cutting discs, grinding wheels, sanding belts and discs, wire brushes, backing pads. Tapes, adhesives & bonding — electrical tape, PTFE tape, VHB and foam tapes, heat-shrink and cold-shrink tubing, epoxy and bonding systems. Welding equipment & consumables — welding helmets and masks, welding curtains and screens, filter lenses. Personal protective equipment — safety glasses and goggles, hearing protection, respirators and filters, disposable coveralls, hard hat accessories. Electrical & cable management — connectors, cable ties, crimp contacts, terminal accessories, strain relief. General maintenance & workshop supplies — the broader spares-and-consumables bucket, covered separately under General Industrial Products . For process equipment specifically — valves, actuators, regulators — see Valves & Controls , and for measurement instrumentation see Instrumentation . Both sit under the wider Z & F range but are organised separately because they're specified against datasheets rather than picked off a shelf. Brands Behind the Range Around 144 manufacturers are represented across Industrial stock, led by Parker Hannifin , Norgren , and 3M , alongside Armstrong International , Megger , Yokogawa , Siemens , Johnson Controls , Advantech , and Honeywell . Everything is genuine stock, sourced and supplied by Z & F Corporation Ltd — we are not the manufacturer of any of it, and where a brand requires authorised-distributor disclosure that's noted on the relevant product or brand page. Sourcing & Delivery Most of this range moves through maintenance stores, contractors, and procurement desks working to a shutdown schedule or a breakdown, so speed matters as much as price. We hold stock for fast dispatch on the lines that turn over quickly, and we source on request for anything we don't. Orders ship worldwide — plants and workshops across the Middle East, South Asia, Africa, and Europe are regular destinations for us — with export paperwork handled as standard rather than billed as an extra. Sourcing Discontinued or Hard-to-Find Parts A part being marked obsolete or discontinued by the original manufacturer doesn't automatically mean we can't help — we source through multiple channels and can often locate remaining genuine stock or identify a direct equivalent, including for older plant that's still in service. Request a Quote Send us your parts list or bill of materials — mixed brands and mixed sub-categories in one RFQ is normal for this range — and we'll come back with pricing and lead time. Request a Quote .

Industrial Pumps

1 products

Complete pumps rather than pump spares live here — seals and repair kits sit on our Flowserve brand page and wider Pumps & Fluid Handling hub instead. What's actually stocked spans several pump types: ProMinent diaphragm and air-operated dosing pumps for precise chemical metering, Wilo direct-coupling centrifugal pumps with integrated controllers for general water transfer, Xylem's Jabsco and Flojet diaphragm and centrifugal ranges, W Robinson & Sons 12/24V drum pumps for barrel decanting, and hydraulic hand pumps from RS PRO and Schaeffler rated up to 1000 bar for hydraulic system servicing. That last group is worth separating out mentally from the rest: a hydraulic hand pump moves hydraulic fluid to operate a jack, press or cylinder, not process fluid from A to B — so if you're after a fluid-transfer pump for water, chemical or fuel duty, the ProMinent, Wilo and Xylem lines are the relevant ones instead. A handful of Flowserve mechanical-seal products and Bosch Rexroth hydraulic gear pumps also sit in this category — the former genuinely belongs on our Flowserve brand page (repair parts, not complete pumps), the latter is hydraulic power equipment closer in spirit to the hand pumps than to a process-transfer pump. Dosing pump selection comes down to flow rate and the pressure the pump needs to work against — get those two figures plus the chemical being dosed and we can usually confirm wetted-part compatibility before quoting. We are not ProMinent, Wilo, Xylem, W Robinson & Sons, RS PRO, Schaeffler, Flowserve or Bosch Rexroth, and not an authorised distributor for any of them.

Industrial Valves

11 products

Not every product under this heading is a process valve controlling flow in a pipeline — a good share of what we hold here are pneumatic directional control valves (spool and poppet valves) that route compressed air inside an automation circuit rather than liquid or gas through a process line. Both end up filed as "valves," but they're specified completely differently. Z & F Corporation Ltd supplies 584 genuine lines across both types, from 22 manufacturers. The Two Main Groups Process valves — ball, globe, and control valves, specified by body material, end connection, size, and Cv, used to control flow of a process fluid. Pneumatic control valves — solenoid-piloted spool and poppet valves (3/2, 5/2 configurations), specified by port size, voltage, and base/manifold interface, used inside automation and actuation circuits. If you're not sure which one you need, the giveaway is usually what's on the other side of it: a process valve sits in a pipe carrying the product itself; a pneumatic control valve sits in an air line feeding an actuator or cylinder somewhere else in the system. This range sits under the wider Valves & Controls category — see also Actuators & Positioners for what these valves are often paired with. Who We Supply Rotork and Flowserve lead on process valves and actuation; Norgren and Parker Hannifin lead on pneumatic control valves; Johnson Controls, Emerson (Aventics, Fisher), and Danfoss fill in more specific requirements across both groups. We are not affiliated with, or an authorised distributor of, any of these manufacturers — genuine stock only, sourced and supplied independently. Matching a Pneumatic Control Valve For spool and poppet valves specifically, the base/manifold interface (e.g. F base, ISO 5599) and voltage matter as much as the valve function itself — two valves with an identical 5/2 spec won't necessarily bolt onto the same manifold. Send us the base interface if you have it, or a photo of the valve on its manifold. Orders ship worldwide with export documentation as standard — recent shipments have gone to process plants and automation OEMs across the GCC and South Asia. If you're replacing rather than specifying new, the nameplate details — series, port size, pilot voltage, and pressure rating — are usually enough for us to confirm the exact valve or a genuine direct equivalent, even where the original has been discontinued.

Instrumentation

6 products

Instrumentation is how a plant actually knows what's happening inside it — pressure, temperature, flow and level are invisible until an instrument turns them into a number or a signal someone (or something) can act on. Z & F Corporation Ltd supplies genuine measurement instrumentation for process, utility and manufacturing plants, sourced through manufacturer and authorised distributor channels with full documentation on request. Pressure Bourdon gauges, diaphragm seals and 4–20mA transmitters for local indication or loop-powered monitoring. Temperature Thermocouples, RTDs and temperature transmitters, with sheath materials and connection heads matched to the process. Flow Vortex, magnetic and differential-pressure flow meters for liquids, gases and steam across a wide range of line sizes. Level Float, ultrasonic and radar level instruments for tanks, vessels and sumps, including point-level switches. Most instrumentation questions come down to two things: what the process actually needs measured (range, accuracy, and how fast it changes), and how that reading needs to reach the rest of the plant — a local dial is enough for a walk-by check, but a control loop or SCADA system needs an electronic output, usually 4–20mA or a digital protocol such as HART or Modbus. Get the output type right and the rest of the specification usually follows from the process conditions. Pro tip — If an instrument is replacing an existing one, check the output signal type (analogue vs digital) before the range or accuracy — a perfectly good transmitter is still the wrong part if the control system can't read its output. These are the instrument families we quote most often, and our sourcing network covers projects worldwide, including the Gulf and South Asia. Send us a tag number, datasheet or existing instrument model and request a quote — we'll confirm fit, lead time and documentation.

Bearings, seals, and couplings rarely fail on their own schedule — they fail on the pump's, the gearbox's, or the shaft's, which is why these three sub-categories tend to get ordered together rather than separately. This hub covers 315 lines directly, from 27 manufacturers — one of the broadest brand spreads in our range rather than one or two dominant names. Seals & Gaskets — mechanical seals, seal kits, O-rings, and gasket material. Couplings — shaft couplings for connecting rotating equipment. Bearings — ball and roller bearings across a range of bore sizes. Who We Supply Brand Known For Explore SNR Ball and roller bearings SNR range Flowserve Mechanical seals and seal repair parts Flowserve range Parker Hannifin Seals, fittings, and O-rings Parker Hannifin range Ewellix Linear motion and bearing assemblies Ewellix range Bearings are specified by three dimensions — bore, outer diameter, and width — that together identify a unique part regardless of brand; seals add a fourth (thickness or seal-face material) for a complete match. If you have the old part in hand, those measurements alone are usually enough for us to confirm an exact replacement or a genuine cross-brand equivalent. Matching a Bearing or Seal by Dimension Bore, outer diameter, and width (bearings) or bore, OD, and thickness (seals) are usually all we need — brand and part number are a bonus, not a requirement. A quick set of callipers on the old part is often faster than searching for a stamped code. We are not a manufacturer, distributor, or agent of any brand listed above — genuine stock only, sourced and supplied independently, with brand-specific disclosure noted on the relevant product or brand page. Orders ship worldwide with export documentation as standard; rotating equipment maintenance teams across the Gulf, Africa, and South Asia are regular customers for this range alongside the UK.

Miniature Circuit Breakers

1 products

A miniature circuit breaker only does its job correctly if its trip curve matches what's actually connected to the circuit — the same 16A breaker can be exactly right for one load and nuisance-trip constantly on another. Z & F Corporation Ltd supplies genuine MCBs across the full range of curve types, pole counts and breaking capacities, sourced through manufacturer and authorised distributor channels with full documentation on request. Breaker Curve Types Type Trips At Typical Use B 3–5× rated current Resistive loads: lighting, sockets, general domestic-style circuits C 5–10× rated current General industrial and commercial use, small motors, moderate inrush D 10–20× rated current High inrush loads: transformers, welding equipment, X-ray machines K 8–12× rated current Motor circuits needing tighter protection than Type C without Type D's high threshold Beyond curve type, check the breaking capacity (kA) against the fault current available at the panel — undersizing it is a safety issue, not just a spec mismatch — and the pole count and voltage rating against the actual supply (single-phase vs three-phase, AC or DC). Pro tip — If a breaker keeps tripping on startup but the load and amperage both look correct, the curve type is the first thing to check — a Type B on a circuit with motor inrush will trip long before a Type C or D would. We supply MCBs for projects worldwide, with the UK, Gulf and South Asia among our most active markets. Send us the part number or panel schedule and request a quote — we'll confirm fit, lead time and documentation.

Personal Protective Equipment

7 products

The bulk of this category is genuine PPE: certified safety footwear, fall-arrest harnesses and work gloves, split across two separate brand records in our system — "Honeywell Safety" and plain "Honeywell" — which as far as we can tell are the same underlying product lines rather than genuinely different divisions, so treat listings under either name as one catalogue. See our Honeywell Safety brand page for the fuller breakdown of what's stocked. A handful of products here don't belong: several Danfoss VLT frequency converters (HVAC drives), a couple of Johnson Controls oven-thermostat and ignition parts, and one discontinued Hyundai Heavy Industries excavator hose are tagged into this category despite having nothing to do with personal protective equipment — almost certainly mistagged, and we're flagging that rather than writing around it. One item is a genuine near-miss rather than a true mistag: a Hirschmann Test & Measurement safety test lead kit, which is at least electrical-safety-adjacent even if it's a test accessory rather than PPE proper. For footwear specifically, size and the toe-cap standard (EN ISO 20345, composite in most of our stock) are what to confirm before ordering — composite caps are lighter and don't conduct heat or cold the way steel does, which matters in some site environments. For harnesses, the rated maximum working load and number of attachment points should match the specific fall-arrest or work-positioning task, not just body size. We are not Honeywell, Danfoss, Johnson Controls or Hyundai Heavy Industries, and not an authorised distributor for any of them — genuine stock only, sourced and supplied independently, shipped worldwide.

Pumps & Fluid Handling

12 products

When a pump fails on site, it's rarely the pump housing itself — it's a seal, a filter element, or a diaphragm that's given out first, usually well before the pump would otherwise need replacing. Z & F Corporation Ltd supplies genuine pumps, pump spares, and filtration across 506 lines from 21 manufacturers. This category is a hub over two more specific ranges: Industrial Pumps — complete pumps, pump shaft seals, and mechanical spares. Filtration — fuel, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical line filters. Pump shaft seals in particular tend to be sourced as an emergency replacement rather than a planned purchase — the pump is already down. Shaft diameter and seat thickness are usually enough for us to identify the correct mechanical seal or a genuine direct equivalent, even where the original seal design has been superseded. Who We Supply Brand Known For Explore Donaldson Fuel, hydraulic and lube filtration Donaldson range Norgren Pneumatic filters and filter-regulators Norgren range Xylem (Flojet) Diaphragm and positive-displacement pumps Xylem range ProMinent Chemical dosing pumps ProMinent range We are not a manufacturer, distributor, or agent of any brand listed above — genuine stock only, sourced and supplied independently, with brand-specific disclosure noted on the relevant product or brand page. Matching a Pump Seal Under Pressure If a pump is down and you need a seal matched fast, the shaft diameter and seat thickness (or a photo of the old seal next to a ruler) are usually all we need. We'll flag a genuine direct equivalent even if we don't hold the exact original part. Orders ship worldwide with export documentation as standard — water treatment plants, dosing skids, and general maintenance stores across the Middle East, Africa, and South Asia are regular destinations for this range alongside the UK.

Seals & Gaskets

1 products

A seal is the cheapest part in a pump or valve assembly and, when it fails, usually the most disruptive — a weeping O-ring or a perished gasket rarely stays a small problem for long. This category holds the sealing components that sit inside the pumps, valves and instrumentation we stock elsewhere: O-rings, rubber seals, heat-seal consumables and application-specific gaskets from Freudenberg Sealing Technologies, Parker Hannifin, Crouzet, Norgren, Fisher (Emerson), Johnson Controls, Donaldson and Hyundai Heavy Industries. Parker's nitrile rubber (NBR) O-rings make up the bulk of stock, in ID/OD combinations from a few millimetres up through larger process-line sizes, alongside supporting rings and general rubber seal kits. Freudenberg's Simrit range adds nitrile butadiene rubber seals engineered to tighter compression-set tolerances, more suited to continuous-duty rotating equipment than a generic O-ring. Beyond elastomer seals, the category also covers specialist items like Crouzet's electromechanical hour-counter seal and EUROSTAT heat-seal consumables for cable and wire identification work — a reminder that "seal" covers both fluid containment and mechanical/electrical protection depending on the application. Material compatibility matters more here than almost anywhere else in the catalogue: NBR, FKM (Viton) and EPDM behave very differently against oils, fuels, steam and chemical process fluids, and the wrong choice degrades quietly until it doesn't. If you're not certain which elastomer your application needs, check the fluid and temperature range against the datasheet before ordering, or get in touch and we'll help match one. This category sits alongside our broader Mechanical Components range and complements the pumps and valves in Pumps & Fluid Handling . We are not Parker Hannifin, Freudenberg, or any of the other brands named above, and not an authorised distributor for them — we source and supply genuine stock from our own inventory.

Sensors & Detectors

3 products

Why Sensor Choice Drives Automation Reliability A sensor is the first link in every automated decision a plant makes — if it reads wrong, or drops out under vibration, moisture or temperature it wasn't rated for, everything downstream inherits that fault. Z & F Corporation Ltd supplies genuine detection and sensing devices for automation, packaging, material handling and process plants worldwide, sourced through manufacturer and authorised distributor channels with full documentation on request. Signal path from a process sensor to a controller A simple left-to-right flow diagram showing a process variable being detected by a sensor, conditioned into a signal, and read by a controller or display. Process Variable Sensor (detection) Signal Output PLC / Display 🎯 Proximity Sensors — inductive and capacitive, for detecting metal or general objects without contact. 🌡️ Temperature Sensors — thermocouples and RTDs for process and equipment monitoring. 📏 Level Sensors — point and continuous level detection for tanks, hoppers and sumps. 💨 Pressure Sensors — compact electronic sensors for pneumatic, hydraulic and process lines. 👁️ Photoelectric Sensors — through-beam, retro-reflective and diffuse detection for packaging and conveying lines. Pro tip — Before ordering a replacement, confirm the output type (NPN vs PNP, or normally open vs normally closed) as well as the sensing range — two sensors that look identical can switch the opposite way and trip a fault on an otherwise healthy line. These are the sensor types we quote most often, but our sourcing network isn't limited to any one region — we quote and ship worldwide. Send us a part number or the application details and request a quote and we'll confirm fit, lead time and documentation.

Switches & Pushbuttons

4 products

Push button, limit switch, pressure switch, flow switch, isolator — very different jobs, but they end up filed under one heading here because they all do the same basic thing: turn a circuit or a control signal on or off, either by hand or in response to something physical happening in the process. Z & F Corporation Ltd supplies genuine switching devices across 706 lines from 14 manufacturers, led by Honeywell and Siemens. What's In Here Panel-mount pushbuttons & pilot devices — illuminated and non-illuminated, for local control panel operation. Mechanical limit switches — roller lever, plunger, and adjustable-lever formats, mostly in die-cast zinc or stainless-steel housings. Process switches — pressure and flow switches, including Endress+Hauser's Ceraphant and Flowphant ranges, for on/off process signals rather than continuous measurement. Isolators & disconnect switches — DIN rail and panel-mount, for local circuit isolation. Ingress protection is the spec that comes up most often on this range — the bulk of the limit switches and pushbuttons we carry are rated IP65 through IP68, aimed at outdoor, washdown, or otherwise unforgiving mounting locations rather than a clean control room. Ratings vary by product family: DIN rail isolators in this range typically run up to 40A/18.5kW, while pushbuttons and pilot devices are generally rated for panel-level control currents rather than load switching. If you need something built for direct load switching rather than pilot duty, tell us the load and we'll confirm the right device rather than just the nearest-looking one. Matching an Existing Switch If you're replacing rather than specifying new, the switching function (SPDT, 1NO/1NC, etc.), voltage/current rating, and IP rating are usually enough for us to find the exact switch or a genuine direct equivalent — even where the original has been superseded. Honeywell and Siemens make up the bulk of what we hold in this range, with Endress+Hauser process switches, and smaller volumes from Norgren, Johnson Controls, and Fisher (Emerson) filling in more specific requirements. We are not an authorised distributor for any brand named here — genuine stock only, with any brand-specific disclosure noted on the relevant product page. Orders ship worldwide with export documentation included as standard; recent destinations have included Pakistan, the UAE, and East Africa alongside our UK customer base. If you're not sure which switch type actually solves the application — pilot control, position sensing, or process on/off — describe what needs to happen and we'll narrow it down before quoting.

Transmitters

3 products

At 145 active lines, Transmitters is one of our largest instrumentation categories, weighted heavily toward two manufacturers: Fisher (Emerson) supplies the majority of the range (81 products), with Endress+Hauser close behind (40 products) — between them covering pressure, level, flow and temperature transmitter lines for process industries. The remainder spans Wika , Ametek , VEGA , Danfoss , Anderson Greenwood, Rotork, Johnson Controls, Alimak and Atlas Copco transmitter lines in smaller counts. "Transmitter" covers a broad instrument family and the right choice depends on what's being measured and how the signal needs to travel. Pressure transmitters convert process pressure into a 4-20 mA or digital signal for control systems — we carry a dedicated range of these separately (see Pressure Transmitters ) alongside the pressure-transmitter stock within this broader category. Temperature transmitters, typically paired with RTDs or thermocouples to output a standardised signal, sit within this category too rather than as a separate listing. Level and flow transmitters from Fisher and Endress+Hauser round out the range for tank gauging and process flow measurement. Whichever measurement type you need, Fisher and Endress+Hauser between them give the deepest stock and the widest range of process connections, output signals (4-20 mA, HART, Foundation Fieldbus) and hazardous-area certifications — tell us the process variable, the signal protocol your control system expects, and the certification requirement, and we'll confirm exact part availability. We are not Fisher, Emerson, Endress+Hauser, Wika, Ametek, VEGA, Danfoss, Anderson Greenwood, Rotork, Johnson Controls, Alimak or Atlas Copco, and not an authorised distributor for any of them — we source and supply genuine stock through the open market and established distribution channels, with datasheets and certificates of conformity available on request.

Valves & Controls

12 products

Somewhere on almost every process line there's a point where flow has to start, stop, throttle back, or divert — and it's a valve, an actuator, or a regulator doing the actual work, usually specified well after the pumps and instrumentation. Z & F Corporation Ltd supplies genuine valves, actuators, and regulators across 849 lines from 25 manufacturers, covering everything from a manual ball valve to a fully positioned control valve assembly. This category is a hub over three more specific ranges — browse directly if you already know what you need: Industrial Valves — ball, plug, gate, globe and control valves in a range of body materials and end connections. Actuators & Positioners — pneumatic and electric actuators, rotary and linear, plus digital and pneumatic positioners. Pressure Regulators — reducing and back-pressure regulators for gas and liquid service. For the instrumentation that monitors what these are doing, see Instrumentation — this range covers the equipment that acts on the process rather than measures it. Actuation itself splits fairly cleanly into a few families: simple on/off pneumatic or electric actuators for isolation duty, modulating actuators taking a 4-20mA or 3-15psi control signal for throttling service, and digital positioners that convert a control signal into precise valve travel with local feedback. Which one you need usually comes down to the control loop it sits in, not the valve itself. Who We Supply Brand Known For Explore Rotork Electric and fluid-power valve actuation Rotork range Norgren Pneumatic actuators and fluid control Norgren range Flowserve Control valves for process duty Flowserve range Parker Hannifin Push-in and compression fluid connectors Parker Hannifin range Emerson (Fisher, ASCO, Aventics) Control valve trims, solenoid valves, pneumatics Fisher (Emerson) range We supply genuine stock only and are not a manufacturer, distributor, or agent of any brand listed above — where a brand requires authorised-distributor disclosure, that's noted on the relevant product or brand page. Obsolete Actuators & Superseded Valve Models A lot of the valve and actuator enquiries we get are for models the manufacturer has since superseded or discontinued. We source through multiple channels and can often find remaining genuine stock or confirm a direct replacement, including for actuators still running on older plant. Orders ship worldwide with export documentation as standard — recent shipments have gone to buyers across the GCC, East Africa, and South Asia, alongside our UK and European base. If you're specifying against a datasheet, send us the model number or the full spec and we'll confirm stock, pricing, and lead time.
