Complete pumps rather than pump spares live here — seals and repair kits sit on our Flowserve brand page and wider Pumps & Fluid Handling hub instead. What's actually stocked spans several pump types: ProMinent diaphragm and air-operated dosing pumps for precise chemical metering, Wilo direct-coupling centrifugal pumps with integrated controllers for general water transfer, Xylem's Jabsco and Flojet diaphragm and centrifugal ranges, W Robinson & Sons 12/24V drum pumps for barrel decanting, and hydraulic hand pumps from RS PRO and Schaeffler rated up to 1000 bar for hydraulic system servicing. That last group is worth separating out mentally from the rest: a hydraulic hand pump moves hydraulic fluid to operate a jack, press or cylinder, not process fluid from A to B — so if you're after a fluid-transfer pump for water, chemical or fuel duty, the ProMinent, Wilo and Xylem lines are the relevant ones instead. A handful of Flowserve mechanical-seal products and Bosch Rexroth hydraulic gear pumps also sit in this category — the former genuinely belongs on our Flowserve brand page (repair parts, not complete pumps), the latter is hydraulic power equipment closer in spirit to the hand pumps than to a process-transfer pump. Dosing pump selection comes down to flow rate and the pressure the pump needs to work against — get those two figures plus the chemical being dosed and we can usually confirm wetted-part compatibility before quoting. We are not ProMinent, Wilo, Xylem, W Robinson & Sons, RS PRO, Schaeffler, Flowserve or Bosch Rexroth, and not an authorised distributor for any of them.

Pump shaft seals in particular tend to be sourced as an emergency replacement rather than a planned purchase — the pump is already down. Shaft diameter and seat thickness are usually enough for us to identify the correct mechanical seal or a genuine direct equivalent, even where the original seal design has been superseded.
