Z & F Corporation Ltd supplies genuine automation and panel control components for machine builders, panel shops and maintenance teams, sourced through manufacturer and authorised distributor channels with full documentation on request. 🔘 Push Buttons & Selector Switches — momentary and maintained, with 1–4 contact blocks depending on the control logic. 💡 Pilot Lights — LED indicators in standard colours, AC or DC, for panel and machine status. 🛑 Emergency Stop Buttons — twist-release and pull-release, normally-closed contacts for safety circuits. ⏱️ Timer & Control Relays — DIN rail mounted, for delay, interlock and sequencing logic. Most of these parts share the same 22 mm panel cutout, so fitting a replacement is usually straightforward — the details that actually matter are the contact configuration (how many NO/NC contacts, and whether it's momentary or maintained) and the ingress protection rating if the panel is exposed to washdown or outdoor conditions (IP66/IP67/IP69K are common for that duty). Pro tip — Emergency stop buttons should use normally-closed contacts with a positive break (direct opening) action, not normally-open — that way a broken wire or loose connector fails safe by stopping the machine, not by silently disabling the E-stop.
