A pressure gauge is usually one of the cheapest components on a skid, and it's often the first thing a technician looks at when something isn't right — which is exactly why having the correct one in stock, rather than a close approximation, matters more than its price suggests. Z & F Corporation Ltd carries genuine gauges and indicating instruments across 769 lines, the large majority of them WIKA pressure gauges and dial thermometers. Where WIKA doesn't cover a specific requirement, we also hold gauges, indicators, and instrumentation accessories from Parker Hannifin, VEGA, Norgren, and Honeywell — useful when a broader RFQ needs several instrument brands quoted together. What You'll Find Bourdon tube pressure gauges — dial sizes from 40mm up to 160mm, ranges from a few millibar to 600 bar, in brass or stainless-steel wetted parts. Dial thermometers — bimetallic and gas-filled, for direct or thermowell-mounted process temperature reading. Differential pressure gauges — for filter condition and flow monitoring across a restriction. Feeler and thickness gauges — mechanical measuring sets for maintenance and fabrication work. Panel & digital indicators — process indicators and small-panel meters for local readouts alongside a control system. Threaded connections are mostly 1/4" and 1/2" NPT or BSP, bottom or back entry, which covers the great majority of gauge ports we're asked to match. If you're replacing an existing gauge, the dial size, range, and connection are normally enough for us to identify it or confirm a direct equivalent — a photo of the dial face helps but isn't essential. For a gauge running on a vibrating pump or compressor, a glycerine- or silicone-filled case is usually worth specifying over a standard dry gauge — it damps needle flutter and extends the mechanism's life. UKAS & Factory Calibration Where a gauge is going into a safety-critical or custody-transfer application, we can supply it with factory calibration certification as standard, or arrange UKAS-accredited (ISO 17025) calibration for an additional fee where the application specifically requires it. Instrumentation is how a plant actually knows what's happening inside it — pressure, temperature, flow and level are invisible until an instrument turns them into a number or a signal someone (or something) can act on. Z & F Corporation Ltd supplies genuine measurement instrumentation for process, utility and manufacturing plants, sourced through manufacturer and authorised distributor channels with full documentation on request. Pressure Bourdon gauges, diaphragm seals and 4–20mA transmitters for local indication or loop-powered monitoring. Temperature Thermocouples, RTDs and temperature transmitters, with sheath materials and connection heads matched to the process. Flow Vortex, magnetic and differential-pressure flow meters for liquids, gases and steam across a wide range of line sizes. Level Float, ultrasonic and radar level instruments for tanks, vessels and sumps, including point-level switches. Most instrumentation questions come down to two things: what the process actually needs measured (range, accuracy, and how fast it changes), and how that reading needs to reach the rest of the plant — a local dial is enough for a walk-by check, but a control loop or SCADA system needs an electronic output, usually 4–20mA or a digital protocol such as HART or Modbus. Get the output type right and the rest of the specification usually follows from the process conditions.
