Rotork is best known for its IQ range of electric valve actuators, but a good share of what we're asked to source under this name is the accessory layer around that actuator — pilot solenoid valves, local control panel boards, and encoder assemblies — rather than a new actuator itself. Z & F Corporation Ltd supplies 378 genuine Rotork lines across both.
What You'll Find
- Electric actuators — the IQ and IQT range, for quarter-turn and multi-turn valve automation.
- Pneumatic pilot & solenoid valves — the 67-series direct-acting and 1500/1600/1750-series spool and poppet valves used to pilot larger pneumatic actuators.
- Control boards & local control panel parts — PCBs, encoder assemblies, and control circuit boards for actuators already in service.
This range sits partly inside Valves & Controls and Industrial Valves — worth checking those pages too if you're not sure whether what you need is filed under the brand or the category.
Matching a Pilot Solenoid Valve
Rotork's spool and poppet valves use several different mounting interfaces — M20, F base, and NEMA 3/4"-32UN threaded connectors among them — and getting the interface right matters as much as the valve function. Tell us the interface if you know it, or send a photo of the valve on its manifold or enclosure.
We are not Rotork, and not an authorised Rotork distributor — genuine stock only, sourced and supplied independently, with any brand-specific disclosure noted on the relevant product page. Orders ship worldwide with export documentation as standard; process plants across the GCC, South Asia, and East Africa are regular destinations for this range alongside the UK.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can you supply spares for an older Rotork IQ actuator that's still in service?
In many cases yes — control boards, encoder assemblies, and pilot valves for earlier IQ generations are things we're regularly asked to source, including where Rotork itself has moved on to a newer generation.
How do I identify the mounting interface on a Rotork pilot valve?
The interface (M20, F base, or a NEMA threaded connector) is usually stamped or moulded near the electrical connection. A photo of that area, or of the valve mounted on its manifold, is the fastest way for us to confirm it.
Do you supply both the actuator and its pilot valves together?
Where needed, yes — tell us what you're assembling and we can quote the actuator and its pilot/solenoid valves as one order.
