The Allen-Bradley 1756-IC16 is a ControlLogix DC digital input module with 16 points arranged in groups of 8, wired as current-sinking inputs across a 30-60V DC operating range (30-55V DC at 60C ambient, or 30-60V DC at 55C ambient). An onboard display shows input status, communication status, and overall module health, making field diagnostics possible without a separate programming connection.
