The Agilent multimeters and oscilloscopes here are the same legacy pre-2014 Agilent test-and-measurement equipment covered on our Agilent brand page — bench DMMs from 3.5 to 6.5 digit resolution and digital oscilloscopes from 100 MHz to 500 MHz bandwidth, much of it now discontinued by the manufacturer with only spare accessories still available. Yokogawa's presence here is different again from its other appearances in our catalogue: current and voltage calibrators for verifying instrument accuracy, and probe accessories (strain, acceleration and isolation modules) for its DL and SL series data-logging oscilloscopes — distinct from the EJA-series process transmitters on the Yokogawa brand page and the legacy PLC/DCS modules under Process Measurement & Control.
